Please confirm that you have accessed your e-mails via the link we have provided, and that your e-mails and e-mail folders are as they were with your current provider. Once you confirm this we can look to make your new e-mail service live and give you the credentials to add the new account(s).

It is important you check the e-mail account(s) before we go live, if there are any missing e-mails, these may be lost if we go live and they have not migrated.
