Website transfer

We are sorry to hear that you wish to transfer your website away from us.

To make things as simple and as clear as possible, we ask kindly that you read the below which is designed to help with this process.

WADEDIGITAL WILL:

    • Provide a list of services we provide for you to review and confirm cancellation
    • Cancel any licences we have licenced to you, such as our anti-spam contact form licence.
    • Retain your website and e-mails for 30 days from point of form completion
    • Remove any credentials to access your website once your hosting has transferred to the new provider.
    • Provide any required logins for the 3rd party if transferring (if required/applicable)
    • Assist you with anything the new provider needs. However we are not responsible for any loss of data or downtime caused by negligence from your new provider

    YOU WILL NEED TO:

    • Provide us with the IPS Tag (from new provider) if assisting transferring a .co.uk domain to them
    • Advise us of any services you wish to cancel with us, that is not website or e-mail hosting. (Such as Google Ads)


    YOUR NEW PROVIDER WILL NEED TO:

    • Migrate any e-mails and replicate any mailboxes (If you had an e-mail service with us)
    • Migrate the website
